About
I am a sound bath facilitator who creates art, experiences, and spaces rooted in the transformative power of sound.
Through my work, I weave together sound healing, visual art, meditation, and mindful movement to support emotional well-being, creativity, and embodied connection. Everything I create—whether it’s a sound immersion, a piece of jewelry, a class, or a guided experience—emerges from this foundation.
I am the founder of Sonic Journeys Sound Healing, a multidisciplinary wellness and community arts practice offering sound healing sessions, meditation, creative workshops, and integrative experiences for people of all ages and backgrounds in Los Angeles and Orange County.
My work bridges trauma-informed care and community arts education. I support both specialized populations—including individuals in recovery, mental health programs, and first responders—and the broader community seeking relaxation, self-expression, and deeper connection.
With a background as a certified yoga instructor, sound healer, art educator, and registered SUDRC-RADT facilitator, I approach healing as both an art and a shared human experience.
At its heart, my work is about creating spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and rediscover their capacity to heal, create, and grow.
